My Story
I started the Family Focused Mom because I wanted to share the information I've gathered through my own research and experiences, while building a community for all parents to be part of. The primary topics I share on the Family Focused Mom are pregnancy and birth, child development and activities, recipes, and various free downloads for you. The recipes I share are tried and true, and I hope you'll love making them for your family too. I have a Master's Degree in Education, so I'm passionate about creating educational resources for kids that will be fun and beneficial for their development. I'm also a mother myself, and I was able to achieve both an uncomplicated pregnancy and an unmedicated birth that I dreamed of. It took a lot of research and self-development to get to where I am now, and I want to share what I've learned with others.
